1、鐵(tie)道行(xing)(xing)業客(ke)車空(kong)調換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)用超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)是為(wei)鐵(tie)路客(ke)車空(kong)調機(ji)組各(ge)種型(xing)號、規格的(de)(de)換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)門設(she)計的(de)(de)超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)型(xing)。不銹鋼清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)兩(liang)端側板(ban)上部焊有雙排導向(xiang)板(ban)和清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)筐定位V形(xing)托架,換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)側臥式裝載(zai)在(zai)(zai)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)框架內(nei),通(tong)過V形(xing)定位件懸掛(gua)在(zai)(zai)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。可以(yi)同時清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)兩(liang)排換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)或者蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi),后排進行(xing)(xing)超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),前排作為(wei)預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽體(ti)外壁(bi)中部(bu)四周加(jia)焊加(jia)強筋,槽體(ti)左(zuo)右板上(shang)部(bu)開有溢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou),多余(yu)的清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液和液面(mian)浮污可(ke)(ke)以通(tong)過溢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)排出。槽內(nei)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液可(ke)(ke)通(tong)過右槽底的兩個排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)和大流量(liang)球(qiu)閥排放。清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)槽后(hou)上(shang)部(bu)設置(zhi)有進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou),軟管連接市水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源補充槽內(nei)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液。七(qi)組側震式超聲(sheng)波換能器(qi)固定安裝在清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)槽后(hou)外槽壁(bi)上(shang),高頻電纜從槽體(ti)下(xia)部(bu)引出并連接到電控(kong)柜超聲(sheng)波發生器(qi)高頻插座(zuo)。清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)機配置(zhi)高壓、大流量(liang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵和高壓水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槍可(ke)(ke)對工件(jian)進(jin)行輔助(zhu)高壓沖洗(xi)。
2、整機組成部分(fen)及結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
