1、鐵道行業客車空調(diao)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)專用超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)是(shi)為(wei)鐵路客車空調(diao)機(ji)組各種型號、規格(ge)的換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)專門設計(ji)的超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)型。不銹鋼清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內(nei)兩(liang)(liang)端側板(ban)上(shang)部(bu)焊有雙排(pai)導向(xiang)板(ban)和清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)筐(kuang)定位V形托(tuo)架(jia),換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)側臥式裝載在(zai)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)框架(jia)內(nei),通(tong)過(guo)V形定位件(jian)懸(xuan)掛(gua)在(zai)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內(nei)進行超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。可以同時清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)兩(liang)(liang)排(pai)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)或者(zhe)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi),后排(pai)進行超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi),前排(pai)作(zuo)為(wei)預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)壁中部(bu)四周加焊加強筋(jin),槽(cao)體(ti)(ti)左(zuo)右板上部(bu)開有溢(yi)(yi)水(shui)(shui)口,多余的清(qing)(qing)洗液(ye)和(he)液(ye)面浮污可(ke)(ke)以通(tong)過溢(yi)(yi)水(shui)(shui)口排出。槽(cao)內清(qing)(qing)洗液(ye)可(ke)(ke)通(tong)過右槽(cao)底的兩個排水(shui)(shui)口和(he)大流量球閥(fa)排放。清(qing)(qing)洗槽(cao)后上部(bu)設置(zhi)有進水(shui)(shui)口,軟管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接市水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源補充槽(cao)內清(qing)(qing)洗液(ye)。七組側震式(shi)超聲波(bo)換能器(qi)固定安裝在清(qing)(qing)洗槽(cao)后外(wai)槽(cao)壁上,高(gao)頻電纜從槽(cao)體(ti)(ti)下部(bu)引出并連(lian)(lian)接到(dao)電控柜超聲波(bo)發(fa)生器(qi)高(gao)頻插座。清(qing)(qing)洗機配置(zhi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)、大流量水(shui)(shui)泵和(he)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)槍可(ke)(ke)對工件進行(xing)輔助高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)沖洗。
2、整(zheng)機組成部分(fen)及(ji)結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
