1、鐵(tie)道行(xing)業客車空調換熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)用超聲(sheng)(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)是為(wei)鐵(tie)路客車空調機(ji)組各種(zhong)型號、規格的換熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)門設(she)計的超聲(sheng)(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)型。不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內兩端(duan)側板上(shang)部焊有雙(shuang)排(pai)(pai)導(dao)向板和(he)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)筐定位(wei)V形托架,換熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)側臥(wo)式裝載在清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)框(kuang)架內,通過(guo)V形定位(wei)件懸掛在清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內進(jin)行(xing)超聲(sheng)(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。可以同(tong)時清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)兩排(pai)(pai)換熱器(qi)(qi)或者(zhe)蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi),后排(pai)(pai)進(jin)行(xing)超聲(sheng)(sheng)波清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),前排(pai)(pai)作(zuo)為(wei)預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)體外(wai)壁(bi)中部四周(zhou)加焊(han)加強筋,槽(cao)(cao)體左(zuo)右(you)板上部開有溢水(shui)口(kou)(kou),多(duo)余(yu)的清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)和液(ye)面浮(fu)污可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)溢水(shui)口(kou)(kou)排(pai)出。槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)可(ke)通(tong)過(guo)右(you)槽(cao)(cao)底的兩個(ge)排(pai)水(shui)口(kou)(kou)和大(da)流量球閥(fa)排(pai)放。清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后(hou)上部設置(zhi)有進水(shui)口(kou)(kou),軟管連(lian)(lian)接(jie)市(shi)水(shui)水(shui)源補充(chong)槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)。七(qi)組側震式超聲波換能器(qi)固定安裝在(zai)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后(hou)外(wai)槽(cao)(cao)壁(bi)上,高(gao)(gao)頻電纜從槽(cao)(cao)體下部引出并連(lian)(lian)接(jie)到電控柜超聲波發(fa)生器(qi)高(gao)(gao)頻插座。清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)機配置(zhi)高(gao)(gao)壓、大(da)流量水(shui)泵和高(gao)(gao)壓水(shui)槍可(ke)對工件進行(xing)輔助高(gao)(gao)壓沖洗(xi)。
2、整機組成部分及結構(gou):
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
