1、鐵(tie)道行業客(ke)車空調(diao)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)用(yong)超(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji)是為鐵(tie)路客(ke)車空調(diao)機(ji)組各(ge)種型(xing)號、規(gui)格的換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)門(men)設計(ji)的超(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji)型(xing)。不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槽內兩(liang)端側板(ban)上部焊有雙排(pai)(pai)導(dao)向(xiang)板(ban)和清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)筐(kuang)定位(wei)V形托架,換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)側臥式(shi)裝載(zai)在清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)框(kuang)架內,通過V形定位(wei)件懸掛在清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槽內進(jin)行超(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)。可(ke)以同時(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)兩(liang)排(pai)(pai)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)或者蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi),后排(pai)(pai)進(jin)行超(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),前排(pai)(pai)作(zuo)為預(yu)洗(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)體外壁中部四(si)周加焊加強筋,槽(cao)(cao)體左右板上部開有(you)溢(yi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou),多余的(de)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)和(he)液(ye)面浮污可以(yi)通過溢(yi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)排出。槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)可通過右槽(cao)(cao)底的(de)兩個(ge)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)和(he)大流量球閥排放。清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后(hou)上部設置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou),軟管連(lian)接市(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源補充槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)。七組側震式(shi)超聲波(bo)換(huan)能器固定安(an)裝在(zai)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后(hou)外槽(cao)(cao)壁上,高(gao)頻電(dian)纜從(cong)槽(cao)(cao)體下部引出并連(lian)接到(dao)電(dian)控柜超聲波(bo)發生器高(gao)頻插座。清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機配置(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)壓、大流量水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵和(he)高(gao)壓水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槍(qiang)可對(dui)工件進行(xing)輔助高(gao)壓沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。
2、整機組成(cheng)部(bu)分及結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
