1、鐵道行業客車空調換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)專用超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)(ji)是為(wei)鐵路(lu)客車空調機(ji)(ji)組各種型號、規格的(de)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)專門(men)設計的(de)超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)(ji)型。不(bu)銹鋼清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內兩端側板(ban)上部焊(han)有(you)雙(shuang)排(pai)導向板(ban)和清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)筐(kuang)定(ding)位(wei)V形托架(jia),換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)側臥式(shi)裝載在(zai)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)框架(jia)內,通過V形定(ding)位(wei)件懸掛在(zai)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內進(jin)行超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。可(ke)以(yi)同時清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)兩排(pai)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)或(huo)者(zhe)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi),后排(pai)進(jin)行超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),前排(pai)作為(wei)預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)體外壁中部四(si)周加焊(han)加強筋,槽(cao)(cao)體左右(you)板上(shang)部開有溢水(shui)(shui)口(kou),多余的清洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)和(he)(he)液(ye)(ye)面浮污可以通過溢水(shui)(shui)口(kou)排出(chu)。槽(cao)(cao)內清洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)可通過右(you)槽(cao)(cao)底的兩個排水(shui)(shui)口(kou)和(he)(he)大流(liu)量(liang)球閥排放。清洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后上(shang)部設置(zhi)有進水(shui)(shui)口(kou),軟管連接市水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源補充槽(cao)(cao)內清洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)。七組側震式超聲波(bo)換能器(qi)固定(ding)安裝在清洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后外槽(cao)(cao)壁上(shang),高(gao)頻電(dian)纜從(cong)槽(cao)(cao)體下部引出(chu)并連接到電(dian)控柜超聲波(bo)發(fa)生器(qi)高(gao)頻插座。清洗(xi)機配置(zhi)高(gao)壓、大流(liu)量(liang)水(shui)(shui)泵和(he)(he)高(gao)壓水(shui)(shui)槍可對工(gong)件進行輔助高(gao)壓沖洗(xi)。
2、整機(ji)組成部分及(ji)結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
