本全自動九槽(cao)超聲波(bo)清洗機(ji)電控部分均采用進口優質件,性能可靠,設備具有清洗速度快、生產效率高、外形美觀、清洗效果好、使用(yong)方便、節能節水,結構合理、使用壽命長等特點,是理想的精密工件處理清(qing)洗設(she)備(bei)。
1、九槽全自(zi)動不銹鋼清(qing)洗機體
按清洗工藝設置為九槽。預洗、超聲、液下噴射槽均設置有水泵、過濾器循環過濾系統、貯液箱,1~7槽設置有電加熱及自動溫度控制、數字式顯示儀表,三個超聲槽配置有超聲震板(換能器),脫水槽設置有加熱裝置,自動溫度控制,風泵,熱風循環管道。全自動清洗機固定在底座(包括機械手)上。各槽均設置有排水管道系統,便于循環過濾和排放各槽清洗液。
2、超聲(sheng)波換(huan)能(neng)器(qi)、發生器(qi)

機(ji)械手經日本三菱PLC、變頻(pin)調速器、非接觸(chu)(無(wu)觸(chu)點)傳(chuan)感器和(he)公司開發(fa)的功(gong)能(neng)(neng)強大、智能(neng)(neng)化程(cheng)控(kong)軟件(jian)為(wei)自動(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)核心(xin)系統,意大利(li)名牌剎(cha)車電(dian)機、減(jian)速器、鏈輪鏈條為(wei)縱、橫向運(yun)動(dong)(dong)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系統及(ji)縱、橫向運(yun)動(dong)(dong)機構組成。機械(xie)手控(kong)制(zhi)程(cheng)序包括如(ru)下功(gong)能(neng)(neng):
3-1運行(xing)方(fang)式選擇(ze):分(fen)為“手(shou)動”、“復位”、“自(zi)動”三(san)種(zhong):
“手(shou)(shou)動”運行方式——是指人工手(shou)(shou)動操作機械手(shou)(shou)上下左右運動,一般用于調(diao)試(shi)機械手(shou)(shou)工作狀態和定位(wei)(wei)位(wei)(wei)置。
“復位(wei)”運行(xing)方式(shi)——是指在(zai)運用“自(zi)動(dong)”運行(xing)方式(shi)之前將機械手從任意(yi)位(wei)置自(zi)動(dong)復位(wei)至原位(wei),一般(ban)定義(yi)上料工位(wei)下部(bu)為(wei)原位(wei)。
“自動(dong)(dong)”運(yun)行方(fang)式(shi)——是機械手的(de)主要(yao)工作(zuo)方(fang)式(shi),在“自動(dong)(dong)”運(yun)行方(fang)式(shi)下,啟動(dong)(dong)機械手后按預定(ding)程序周而復始(shi)連(lian)續進(jin)行自動(dong)(dong)化清(qing)洗操(cao)作(zuo)。
3-2?運行操作按鈕:設置“復位(wei)”、“暫停(ting)”、“啟動(dong)”三個(ge)按鈕:
“復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)”——運行方式(shi)選擇“復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)”后(hou),按“復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)”啟動(dong)按鈕,運行復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)程(cheng)序(xu),機械手(shou)從任意位(wei)(wei)(wei)置向原位(wei)(wei)(wei)復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei),或(huo)復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)過程(cheng)中(zhong)暫(zan)停后(hou),重(zhong)新(xin)啟動(dong)復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)程(cheng)序(xu),直至復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)完(wan)成。
“暫(zan)停”——在復位和自動程序(xu)過程中(zhong),按“暫(zan)停”按鈕機械手中(zhong)斷運行程序(xu)。
“自(zi)動(dong)”—復位后將(jiang)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)方式選擇“自(zi)動(dong)”擋,按“啟(qi)動(dong)”按鈕(niu),機(ji)械(xie)(xie)手(shou)開始(shi)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)連(lian)續(xu)(xu)自(zi)動(dong)程序,機(ji)械(xie)(xie)手(shou)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)動(dong)清洗操(cao)作(zuo),或者是(shi)在“暫停”后按“啟(qi)動(dong)”按鈕(niu),機(ji)械(xie)(xie)手(shou)從暫停中(zhong)斷(duan)處繼(ji)續(xu)(xu)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)“自(zi)動(dong)”程序。
3-3手動操作按鈕:設置(zhi)手動分(fen)別控制機械手上(shang)下(xia)左右運(yun)動。
3-3-1“復位(wei)”程序的步序和功能:
“復(fu)位(wei)”是進行(xing)(xing)自動(dong)(dong)程(cheng)序前必須完成的(de)程(cheng)序,使機(ji)械手(shou)從任意(yi)位(wei)置回到等待開始“自動(dong)(dong)”程(cheng)序的(de)原始位(wei)置。啟動(dong)(dong)復(fu)位(wei)程(cheng)序,機(ji)械手(shou)先上行(xing)(xing),然后橫移至上料工位(wei),判斷上料工位(wei)有無清洗(xi)籃,有則(ze)停在(zai)上料工位(wei)上方(fang),報(bao)警20秒,提(ti)示拿去洗(xi)籃吊(diao)臂自動(dong)(dong)下(xia)(xia)行(xing)(xing),無則(ze)直接下(xia)(xia)行(xing)(xing)于上料工位(wei)下(xia)(xia)方(fang)。
“復(fu)位”過程(cheng)(cheng)中可按(an)“暫停(ting)”按(an)鈕中斷復(fu)位程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu),再按(an)“復(fu)位”啟動按(an)鈕則(ze)從程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)中斷處繼續執行復(fu)位程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)。

4-1連(lian)續步進動(dong)作——機(ji)械手每循(xun)環一周,洗(xi)出一籃工件(jian),同時把所有的清洗(xi)籃往下一道清洗(xi)工序(槽(cao))搬運一次,連(lian)續循(xun)環周期完(wan)成超聲波自動(dong)清洗(xi)作業過程。
4-2變頻調速(su)和自動轉換——為提(ti)高(gao)效率(lv)和縮短循環周期,機械手設置(zhi)慢、快(kuai)兩種(zhong)速(su)度運(yun)行,快(kuai)速(su)用于(yu)(yu)無負載空(kong)運(yun)行,慢速(su)用于(yu)(yu)重載和接近定位位置(zhi)時避免制動慣性影響準(zhun)確定位。快(kuai)慢速(su)由(you)變頻調速(su)器設定,由(you)PLC和程(cheng)序(xu)控制實現轉換。

4-4循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi)調(diao)整——該(gai)超聲波系(xi)統基本(ben)循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi)是(shi)4~5min,有時工件污物多且(qie)附著力強,需適(shi)當(dang)增加超聲時間,可(ke)通(tong)過(guo)外(wai)置(zhi)10 min定時器調(diao)節機械手(shou)循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi),設外(wai)置(zhi)定時器設置(zhi)時間T分鐘,則循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi)為(4~5)+T min?。
