本全自動九槽超(chao)聲波清洗機電控部分均采用進口優質件,性能可靠,設備具有清洗速度快、生產效率高、外形美觀、清洗效(xiao)果好、使用(yong)方(fang)便、節能節水,結構合理、使用壽命長等特點,是理想的精密工件處理清洗(xi)設(she)備。
1、九(jiu)槽全(quan)自(zi)動不銹鋼清洗機體(ti)
按清洗工藝設置為九槽。預洗、超聲、液下噴射槽均設置有水泵、過濾器循環過濾系統、貯液箱,1~7槽設置有電加熱及自動溫度控制、數字式顯示儀表,三個超聲槽配置有超聲震板(換能器),脫水槽設置有加熱裝置,自動溫度控制,風泵,熱風循環管道。全自動清洗機固定在底座(包括機械手)上。各槽均設置有排水管道系統,便于循環過濾和排放各槽清洗液。
2、超聲波換(huan)能器、發生器

3、PLC電腦(nao)程控(kong)機械手
機械手經日本三菱PLC、變頻調(diao)速(su)器(qi)、非(fei)接(jie)觸(無觸點)傳感器(qi)和公(gong)司開發的(de)功(gong)能強大、智能化程(cheng)控軟件為(wei)(wei)自動控制(zhi)核心系統(tong),意大利名牌(pai)剎車(che)電(dian)機(ji)、減速(su)器(qi)、鏈輪鏈條為(wei)(wei)縱、橫向(xiang)運動傳動系統(tong)及縱、橫向(xiang)運動機(ji)構組成。機(ji)械(xie)手控制(zhi)程(cheng)序包括(kuo)如下功(gong)能:
3-1運(yun)行方式選擇:分(fen)為“手動”、“復位”、“自動”三(san)種:
“手(shou)動”運行方(fang)式——是(shi)指(zhi)人工手(shou)動操作機械手(shou)上下左右運動,一般用于調試機械手(shou)工作狀態和定位位置(zhi)。
“復位(wei)”運行方式——是指在運用“自(zi)動(dong)”運行方式之前將機械(xie)手從任(ren)意位(wei)置自(zi)動(dong)復位(wei)至(zhi)原位(wei),一般定(ding)義(yi)上料工位(wei)下(xia)部為原位(wei)。
“自(zi)(zi)動(dong)”運(yun)(yun)行(xing)方式——是機械手的主要工作方式,在“自(zi)(zi)動(dong)”運(yun)(yun)行(xing)方式下,啟(qi)動(dong)機械手后按預(yu)定程序周而復(fu)始(shi)連(lian)續進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化清洗操作。
3-2?運(yun)行(xing)操(cao)作(zuo)按(an)鈕:設(she)置“復位”、“暫(zan)停”、“啟動”三個按(an)鈕:
“復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)”——運行(xing)方式(shi)選擇(ze)“復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)”后(hou)(hou),按“復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)”啟動按鈕,運行(xing)復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)程(cheng)序,機械手(shou)從任意位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)向原位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),或復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)過程(cheng)中(zhong)暫停后(hou)(hou),重新(xin)啟動復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)程(cheng)序,直至(zhi)復(fu)(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)完成(cheng)。
“暫停”——在復位(wei)和自動程序(xu)過(guo)程中(zhong),按(an)“暫停”按(an)鈕機(ji)械手(shou)中(zhong)斷運行(xing)程序(xu)。
“自(zi)動(dong)”—復(fu)位后將(jiang)運(yun)行(xing)方式選擇“自(zi)動(dong)”擋,按(an)(an)(an)“啟動(dong)”按(an)(an)(an)鈕(niu),機(ji)械(xie)(xie)手開(kai)始(shi)執行(xing)連續自(zi)動(dong)程序,機(ji)械(xie)(xie)手進行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)清洗操作,或者(zhe)是在“暫停”后按(an)(an)(an)“啟動(dong)”按(an)(an)(an)鈕(niu),機(ji)械(xie)(xie)手從暫停中(zhong)斷處繼續執行(xing)“自(zi)動(dong)”程序。
3-3手動(dong)操作按鈕:設(she)置手動(dong)分(fen)別控制機械手上下左(zuo)右運動(dong)。
3-3-1“復位”程序的步序和功能:
“復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)”是進行(xing)自動程(cheng)序(xu)前必須(xu)完成的程(cheng)序(xu),使機械手從(cong)任意位(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)回到(dao)等待開(kai)始“自動”程(cheng)序(xu)的原始位(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)。啟動復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)程(cheng)序(xu),機械手先上(shang)(shang)行(xing),然后橫(heng)移(yi)至上(shang)(shang)料工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei),判斷(duan)上(shang)(shang)料工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)有(you)無(wu)清洗籃(lan),有(you)則停在上(shang)(shang)料工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)上(shang)(shang)方,報警20秒,提示拿去洗籃(lan)吊臂自動下行(xing),無(wu)則直接下行(xing)于上(shang)(shang)料工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)下方。
“復位(wei)”過(guo)程(cheng)中可按(an)“暫停”按(an)鈕中斷復位(wei)程(cheng)序,再按(an)“復位(wei)”啟(qi)動按(an)鈕則從(cong)程(cheng)序中斷處繼續執行(xing)復位(wei)程(cheng)序。
4、全(quan)自動鐵路車輛軸承(cheng)超聲波(bo)清洗機系統的自動程序功(gong)能:

自(zi)(zi)動程序功(gong)能包括:機(ji)械手周期性(xing)連續步進動作,完(wan)成(cheng)全部超聲清洗作業過程;變頻調(diao)速和自(zi)(zi)動轉換功(gong)能;智能檢測、判斷、報警功(gong)能;循環周期調(diao)整功(gong)能;墊板提(ti)升機(ji)構的自(zi)(zi)動配合功(gong)能;暫停(ting)和重新(xin)啟動功(gong)能、電機(ji)互鎖(suo)功(gong)能等。詳細介紹如下:
4-1連(lian)續(xu)(xu)步(bu)進動作——機械手(shou)每循(xun)環(huan)(huan)一(yi)周(zhou),洗(xi)(xi)出一(yi)籃工(gong)件,同時(shi)把(ba)所(suo)有的清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)籃往下一(yi)道(dao)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)工(gong)序(槽)搬運(yun)一(yi)次,連(lian)續(xu)(xu)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)周(zhou)期完成超聲(sheng)波自動清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)作業過程。
4-2變(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)(su)和自動轉(zhuan)換(huan)——為提(ti)高效率和縮短循(xun)環周期,機械手設置慢、快兩種速(su)(su)度運行,快速(su)(su)用于(yu)無(wu)負(fu)載空運行,慢速(su)(su)用于(yu)重載和接近定位(wei)(wei)(wei)位(wei)(wei)(wei)置時避免制動慣(guan)性影(ying)響準確定位(wei)(wei)(wei)。快慢速(su)(su)由變(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)(su)器(qi)設定,由PLC和程(cheng)序控制實現轉(zhuan)換(huan)。
4-3智能檢(jian)測、判(pan)斷(duan)、報(bao)警——下料工(gong)位已洗凈的(de)工(gong)件和洗籃(lan)不(bu)及(ji)時送走和上料工(gong)位無待洗的(de)工(gong)件和洗籃(lan)、下料工(gong)位無送到(dao)位的(de)工(gong)裝墊板,均屬于“自動(dong)”作業(ye)過程中的(de)不(bu)正常(chang)現象,程序(xu)(xu)通過檢(jian)測、判(pan)斷(duan)并發出(chu)聲光報(bao)警,提示(shi)操作者,操作者排除不(bu)正常(chang)狀(zhuang)態后(hou)(hou),機械手延時20秒后(hou)(hou)自動(dong)繼續(xu)執(zhi)行程序(xu)(xu)。
4-4循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi)調整——該超(chao)聲(sheng)波系統基本(ben)循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi)是4~5min,有時工件污物多(duo)且附著力強,需適當增加超(chao)聲(sheng)時間(jian),可(ke)通過外(wai)置10 min定時器調節機械手循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi),設(she)外(wai)置定時器設(she)置時間(jian)T分(fen)鐘,則循(xun)環周(zhou)期(qi)為(4~5)+T min?。
4-5墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)升機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)自(zi)控功能——墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)升機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)料倉(cang)中每(mei)次可疊(die)裝12塊工(gong)(gong)裝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban),機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)手(shou)每(mei)循(xun)環一次,墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)自(zi)動提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)升一塊墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)并推送(song)到下料工(gong)(gong)位準(zhun)確(que)定位。等(deng)待(dai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)手(shou)從工(gong)(gong)序最(zui)后一槽提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)出洗凈工(gong)(gong)件、洗籃放(fang)在墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上。當12塊墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)升、推送(song)完畢,提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)升機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)自(zi)動下降到最(zui)低(di)位置,并聲光(guang)報訊提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)示操作者將新一輪12塊墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)疊(die)放(fang)入料倉(cang)。操作者按墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)啟動按鈕,墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)重(zhong)新開始配合機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)手(shou)每(mei)個循(xun)環周期自(zi)動提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)升、推送(song)一塊墊(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)到下料工(gong)(gong)位。
4-6暫停和重新啟(qi)動(dong)功能——在(zai)自動(dong)程(cheng)序執行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中的任意時(shi)刻,都可以按(an)(an)“暫停”按(an)(an)鈕中斷(duan)步進程(cheng)序。再(zai)按(an)(an)“啟(qi)動(dong)”按(an)(an)鈕,機(ji)械手(shou)從(cong)步進程(cheng)序中斷(duan)處繼續執行(xing)自動(dong)程(cheng)序。
4-7電(dian)(dian)機(ji)互鎖(suo)(suo)功能——縱(zong)向(xiang)、橫向(xiang)剎車電(dian)(dian)機(ji)在工作(zuo)過程(cheng)中頻繁(fan)(fan)正、反轉(zhuan),和縱(zong)向(xiang)、橫向(xiang)頻繁(fan)(fan)交替運行(xing)(xing)。為(wei)保證機(ji)械手安全(quan)、可靠(kao)運行(xing)(xing),在自動程(cheng)序中加入了PLC電(dian)(dian)腦控制的(de)兩臺(tai)剎車電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)正反轉(zhuan)互鎖(suo)(suo)和縱(zong)向(xiang)、橫向(xiang)運行(xing)(xing)互鎖(suo)(suo)。
